Self Care is for Everyone!

Planning for Self-Care

After having an accident, I realized I wasn’t taking care of myself. I changed everything about my self-care and lost over 70 lbs. Yet, this is not a weight-loss program. This is the program I developed and used to change the health of my mind, body, and soul. Anyone can benefit from this step-by-step self-care workbook.

You are a unique person and your self-care program should be as unique as you are. This workbook will guide you through that process.

Includes step-by-step workbook pages, 100 self-care ideas, monthly pages, vertical weekly pages, daily pages, and weekly habit tracker pages.

amazing addition to my self-care needs

The Planning for Self Care guide and workbook was an amazing addition to my self-care needs. It led me to realize what things really feed my soul and what things truly drain me. I learned that what is self-care for me would not even feel good to someone else. And vice versa. We are such different human beings with so many different needs.

Elizabeth did such an amazing job putting together items that really made you think and want to put things on your schedule. The value of this work book will pay for itself in spades as you review it time and again since your self care needs are bound to change as you go through the different seasons of your life. I plan to review on at least an annual basis if not quarterly.

Here is to feeding our souls as only we can! Enjoy!

“will leave you completely fulfilled”

Elizabeth Nicholson’s “Planning for Self-Care” program consists of a multi-part class and an accompanying concise workbook dedicated to being a low-stress take on the often forgotten or ignored topic of Self-Care. Life happens! In the never-ending tornado of work, school, parent or child-care, housework, hobbies, etc, it is SO easy to never stop giving of yourself until you are pouring from an “empty cup.”

This program was exquisitely created to explain the concepts in a way that prompts consideration from the most basic levels and what very-manageable steps can be taken to “refill that cup.” Many think about the physical aspects of self-care as the only possibilities. Elizabeth dives deeper into emotional, spiritual, and intellectual possibilities that will leave you completely fulfilled and ready to get back to taking care of the world as the best version of yourself.

Please do yourself a favor, and give yourself the time and GRACE to go through her “Planning for Self-Care” program.
